Requirements for subdivision or boundary line adjustment application submission
NO EXCEPTIONS
Submit with application:
- Subdivision/Boundary line adjustment checklist - Contained in application (Subdivision checklist MUST be supplied with subdivision/amended subdivision or boundary line adjustment applications.) Failure to submit the checklist with an application, may result in rejection of the application.
- Three (3) sets of mailing labels
- Five (5) copies of plans, along with an electronic file sent to planningzoning@centerharbornh.gov
Fees:
$150.00 application fee
$100 for each lot created
$10 for each abutter hearing notification (must be sent certified mail, include owner of lot(s) and surveyor)
Upon approval
L-chip fee to be submitted with Mylar, check payable to the Belknap Country Registry of Deeds.
Fee assessed at the current rate plus postage per NHDeeds.
Recording fee, check payable to Town of Center Harbor. Fee assessed at the current rate plus postage per NHDeeds.
