Non-Residential Site Plan Review, Change in Use and Home Occupation Applications

Requirements for Non-Residential Site Plan, Change in Use and Home Occupation Application Submission -

NO EXCEPTIONS

Submit with application:

1. (3) Three sets of mailing labels of abutters
2. (5) Five copies of plans, along with an electronic file sent to planningzoning@centerharbornh.gov (If property site plan is required see Section 3 of Non-Residential Plan Review for details of what is required). 

Fees:
$150.00 application fee
$10 for each abutter hearing notification (must be sent certified mail, include owner of lot(s) and if applicable surveyor)

If the application is complete, the Clerk will confirm the hearing date.  If the application is missing any of the required documentation, the application will be rejected and will require resubmission.
