Variance Application

Requirements for variance application submission

NO EXCEPTIONS

Submit with application:

  1. Site Plan - REQUIRED NO EXCEPTIONS (Site plan requires locations of all buildings/structures, setback distances sides/water/road/rear, square footage existing and proposed, contour details and wetlands if applicable).
  2. Three (3) sets of mailing labels completed by applicant (See fees below for description of notification)
  3. Five (5) copies of plans, along with an electronic file sent to planningzoning@centerharbornh.gov 

Fees:

$125 application fee

$10 for each abutter hearing notification (must be sent certified mail, includes owner and architect/surveyor/attorney if applicable.  Fees are subject to change due to Post Office price increases)

$48 newspaper publication (Laconia Daily Sun. Fees are subject to change due to publishing price increases)

Application documents and fees are due at time of submission "no exceptions". Please see ZBA Calendar for application submission deadlines.
