Planning Board Public Hearing

The hearing will be held in the Cary Mead Room of the Center Harbor Municipal Building at 6:00 p.m. on January 6th, 2026.

• This hearing is to review proposed amendments to the Center Harbor Town Zoning Ordinance
• 2:2:15 Structure-The following shall not be considered structures under this definition: Adding Septic Tank or Leach Field located at least 10 feet from the property line in accordance with state regulations.
• Updating Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) to comply with the new 2025 changes.
• Adding the definition of a Bunkhouse.
• Section 8:1:1:4 and 8:2 Special Exception and Variance are being amended to update from 1 year to 2 years to also comply with state requirements.
