The Center Harbor Planning Board has received an application for Non-Residential Site Plan Review of land located at 42 Plymouth Street Center Harbor owned by Asquam Real Estate LLC Map 102 Lot 057.

The hearing will be held in the Cary Mead Room of the Center Harbor Municipal Building at 6:00 p.m. on February 3, 2026.
Description of the Site Plan Review proposal:
Asquam RE LLC propose to change the use of lot 57 from a storage building for Home Comfort to a five (5) room boutique inn and additional showroom space for Home Comfort. The proposed building will be serviced by a private well and town sewer. These services already exist. The proposed building will be serviced by a parking lot on map 102, lot 056.
