Public Hearing Notice: 44 Plymouth Street

The Center Harbor Planning Board has received an application for Non-Residential Site Plan Review of land located at 44 Plymouth Street Center Harbor owned by Sled Investments, LLC. Map 102 Lot 056.

The hearing will be held in the Cary Mead Room of the Center Harbor Municipal Building at 6:00 p.m. on February 3, 2026.

Description of the Site Plan Review proposal:

Sled Investments propose to change the use of lot 56 from a single-family home to six (6) room boutique inn served by a private well and town sewer. These services already exist. They have also proposed a parking lot to service the inn and another.
